Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products purchased from Powwow Native Art. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Products are accepted for return regardless of their condition, whether used, unused, or damaged. Our goal is to provide a fair and customer-friendly shopping experience.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact Powwow Native Art with their order details. Once the return request is approved, further instructions will be provided regarding the return process. Customers are responsible for safely returning the product unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and reviewed, we will process the refund. Refunds are issued within 2 working days after approval. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Method

All refunds are processed through Stripe. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account after it has been processed on our end.

Late or Missing Refunds
